The bed and breakfast has a great perfect location on the banks of the Lago Maggiore.
The rooms are very clean, but rather small.
The bathroom is new and well maintained.
The spa is very to be recommended, pure relaxation.
The price is rather at the upper level.

from the outside it looks very nice and modern, also the breakfast is really more than enough with great quality.
