All of the staff we cannot big praise plug-ins, the cubans know, that if you are friendly, there is also tip and that you need, Cuba is a land of 3. the world, in the luxurious resort but is everything else.
With a bit of english and a few words spanish you got along well, try not at all cuban to speak or to learn, this is something completely different as spanish.

The cleaning of the rooms always perfect, twice daily the bed with towels decorated. With english you got along well.
