When I geschäfsreisender one night in this 'hotel' must spend. I have 75€ for one night + 10€ parking fees paid. The hotel is best in case a guesthouse. The rooms are equipped with a worn 80 he years facilities. The single room had maximum 9 meters² and 80 centimeter bed, which strongly worn out. The staff consists of a person all functions. Hmm, the first impression was already very disappointing. I thought even just about to check out and a new hotel. I then decided to stay.
the hotel seemed very 'atypical' maybe even chaotic.
My room was very cool and unloving equipped, the furniture remember rather a youth hostel ☹ The bed against was quite comfortable and the night quiet.
the bathroom was unfortunately again worse than average. The showering head could only in the amount be adjusted, not in the angle, whereby one but little relaxing shower.
on breakfast you can't moaning, service nice, selection good, quality delicious ☺

On Saturday afternoon, it is almost impossible in the three levels of underground parking space for a car to get. The price of 10 €for the night the hotel is not appropriate. The breakfast was so far okay, only the cake was so dry that I was afraid to choke to death. Check-in was very friendly and helpful in finding my Messestandort or to explain how the park house rules. We stayed in a double room comfort Hotel Nikolai. The construction of the building and the room was canceled. Our room was a winter garden. The room was well appointed and clean. The room is heated over heated, which was unfortunately not be regulated, so the room was either cold or hot. The front desk is located on the first floor and is of the underground parking from hard to find. There are several input in the building, so that foreign access, without being noticed.
