Staff was, overall friendly( especially male staff ☺ ) sprachenmäßig one came with English always good by, but also a little German.
Room was every day cleaned and fresh towels supplies.
Security was very unfriendly and spoke no German and no English, threatened a fast with police, somehow an embarrassment for the hotel, front desk was friendly on our side ^^1. Day we were thrilled by the selection and the food in general

Was with a friend and her child.
Hotel and staff were very friendly and it was each evening music at the bar and you could the all inclusive or half past twelve benefits each evening was (as it is to the time was relatively cool outside) a fun.
Food buffet was very good, very large selection, both breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was always refilled.
So I would recommend this hotel again and will fly there again next year.
27 24 and is 9 years.
For families for little money a great holiday and everyone is for each something.
