Although I booked a single room, I was put up in one of their apartments with a living-room, kitchen, 2 bed rooms and two rather small bath rooms. Another draw-back was that it took approx. 2 minutes till there was warm water coming out of the tap. The cleanliness of both the bath-rooms was not very good, a lot of dust and hair. When first entering the apartment, it was rather cold and it took a while till it warmed up. Otherwise the apartment was very nice. The hotel is situated in the city centre by the old city gate Norre port. Opposite the hotel you will find a beautiful park, Norre Katts park. Shops, restaurants and movie theatres are just a hundred meters from the hotel. The soccer stadium, the museum and a hospital and sport arena are all within a few minutes walk. The hotel has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. An evening buffet is served every evening, free of charge. The interior of the hotel has warm colors and a sort of an English style. You can also choose to have your room facing the park or the garden of the hotel. Pet charge: 200 kr per stay. Please note that all Choice hotels in Scandinavia are 100 percent non-smoking properties. Children 12 and under stay free if sharing room with parents or grandparents when no additional bedding is required.
