We stayed as a diving guests in the hotel and had in front of the vacation booked our best diving. The pickups by others and not suitable bases directly at the hotel were by the hotel management not allowed manga! So could bring in some practical bases in the grounds and guests. About 750 meters so we had, by security gates two, with all our Gerödel every day two times walk. A complaint at the guest relations of the hotel was unsuccessful. Very unfriendly … read more

very large rooms with super comfortable beds. The bath was terrible, so what did I in a 4.5 star hotel not yet seen. The joints were verschimmelt totally and completely shabby. Need urgently be replaced. The rooms were apart from that very clean. The food was average- nothing special. In this hotel are mostly guests from Russia. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, as you noticed, the german was. With english you could really good communicate. The cleaning of the rooms left nothing to be desired. Everything was very good (a small tip helps here but also). My complaint about the defective mini bar wasn't cared for.Overall, there were 3 all-inclusive restaurants available. Over the quality of the food you don't need lots to say. The quantity was at least (mostly convention/russian). Staff is friendly and polite. You just need to follow their culture and rules.
So men talk, woman no. Smile to them and be kind and they will like you and do everything you ask them.
This is important because they are easily insulted and have very good memo. Most of people find them annoying.....but this is not reason to be rude.
We had no problem dealing wit service.

Has mostly hard and was very friendly. The vacation was nevertheless nice.
The hotel is definitely not for German recommendable (in 2 weeks were in the whole area so about 7 German, sometimes less), if the very loud Italian animation disturbing or almost everywhere only Polish, Russian and Italian spoken will. Only for this reason we would the hotel not recommend.

the staff are all friendly and all Russianunfortunately I am not. Rooms were clean.I found the food not taste to me personally but is not so important.
