The hotel is located in a very quiet area, a few minutes away from the river Isar. On the Isar river you could reach on foot in about ten minutes to the pedestrian zone of bad tölz. There is a nice wellness area, with sauna, Jacuzzi us relaxation area. Massage and beautician was the really a delight. In the morning we were spoiled by a delicious breakfast. The pension is conveniently located nearby the city centre, the Isar river shore and the indoor swimming pool 'alpamare'. The hotel is however getting old and not kept quite clean. The rug was extremely stained, for example. But the bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very small-you had hardly any space to turn. Everything was very badly sound-proofed. The breakfast was adequate and good. All in all, the price-performance ratio. However, I cannot of a pedicure in the cosmetics sector advise you not to go there-it was not nothing.
