Were as a part of a round trip just for one night the Oum palace, a further night we didn't endure. Only plus point: the nice lady at the check-in at the front desk. The rooms were run-down, around in the shower to come you had to very be flexible, since the tub is so high. The air conditioning worked not. The dinner was OK... Afterwards had however many stomach problems. The night was terrible: about us soccer team, the whole night noise made-in spite of many complaints. The walls so thin, that one all noise had. Here was the last stay our round trip Königsstätte Marocco. The hotel is quite good - our room spacious. The dining room is quite spacious - however even had a huge large group during dinner, so that 'Queue' was announced. For us not a problem - we had vacation. The hotel is altogether in an acceptable condition however surely far away from a four star hotel after our expectations. The beds are narrow however the mattresses are okay. The view at the back is very poor with many pigeons however therefor beside Klimaanlagengeräuschen very much quiet as to the street. The evening buffet offers no wide choice but is OK during the breakfast buffet as in Marocco usual except different rolls/ Croissants or Fladen, egg and jams not much offers. Location
Situated in the centre of Medina, not far from the main road, Bd Des Far, the hotel is roughly 5 minutes walking from the boutique shops of Bab Marrakech, the central market and around 35 km from the airport Mohamed V.
Facilities
The hotel was built in 2006 with contemporary design and cosy furnishings, so as to make guests' stay more enjoyable and comfortable. It comprises a total of 101 rooms on 10 floors. Staff are helpful and friendly and at the disposal of all guests needing particular orientation and advices. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a TV room, restaurants and conference facilities. There are also room and laundry services available.
Rooms
All the rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, Internet access, a hi-fi system and a minibar. Double or king-size beds also feature as well as air conditioning, a safe, a lounge and a balcony or terrace. Some suites are equipped with their own Jacuzzi.
