The staff were friendly - but it was only when I realized (we were my stay in e-mail contact). Apart from that the welcome cold from. Not a smile a nice 'hello' gave it. Same for the return trip. I was not asked how my stay was I got a thanks for my night. My priori e-mail has been ignored, I had to have a ' reminder ' chic until I received an answer.The breakfast buffet convinced not really-for norwegian standards but it was quite ok.     The hotel is about 3 km from the closest bus and train stations. It is also just 3 km from Oslo Airport and just hours away from the rest of Norway.
