Very friendly and hard-working staff.
However is the so-called 'old tribe' simply the best staff. The are really with love behind their profession. No matter wether mr F. From the reception or our hot lover porter. In the procurement of concert tickets, or accommodate the car' s in the next parking garage the staff is excellent trained.The restaurant to the very good and very recommendable.
The breakfast buffet could be a bit more diverse and has in the last few years very selection lost ( unfortunately)The rooms are in two categories divided-the older wing (and is really old) and the new more … read more

In my last review is all important to the hotel, rooms, etc. Described, therefore here only the short form.
Clear negative : the service the front desk! For the 2. time! This time i gave the men a reference that i pre-ordered a taxi and the now the breakfast room go. He wanted please 8. and me briefly inform, if i in the breakfast room am, if the driver logs. That has not worked. This hotel is at any time recommendable. The situation in the midst of the city is great and nevertheless you can't hear traffic noise. The traffic connections is exzellent, as the subway is not far away. For a city trip this hotel is recommended absolutely ideal. … read more

In principle, I expect the front desk a four star hotels if the guest arrive, you ask if he good journey and at the check out whether he liked. That was not the case.
