I have 2 good friends a relaxing hotel the haidenhof spent. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable and clean. We booked half board and the dishes were excellent. Breakfast buffet, lunch soup and salad, cakes, afternoon tea and evening a 4-course menu. Especially recommendable is the beer from the hotel's own brewery and the fires from the neighbors. … read more

The hotel has a very nice location above Lienz hotel with view at the Dolomites. But you need a car to be mobile. There is a public bus, which drives however only rarely.
The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The rooms are very large and we had a room with a view of the city. The decor is very simple, but new and you had a lot of storage space. There are safety deposit box, mini-bar and a flat screen tv.
