  This hotel is located in the hip and upcoming Khao Takiap beach area in southern Hua Hin. It lies near the famous Khao Takiap rock and the Run Thom Temple. The distance to the beach as the crow flies is 150 m (walking distance around 300 m). Guests will find the Kao Takiab Temple 400 m away and it is 4 km to the town centre and 6 km to the Hua Hin Shopping Mall. Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is 230 km away.
