The first night our round trip - a catastrophe and a warm welcome to the socialism. We were in altogether 14 hotels and the pernik remained really our bugaboo. That not everything is brand new, ok; but the bathroom was so dirty, that i even after a 10 hours flight rather not shower have, the bed was so full of hair, i doubted have, whether it was actually been changed. We were on much voebereitet, but it is not. In the manner of a round trip for one night visited. Architecture a sots. School. Our room totally worn. Mold on the wall and flowering plaster. Windows did not lock on the ground floor dirty tablecloths in the small uncomfortable restaurant. Butter? Chairs may be soon fall together. Dirty fixtures in the bathroom room very small and across the street from the bar 24 hours was open. So loud First hotel in Cuba during the round trip a culture shock. read hotel review

The bathroom under all sow, broken mirror file, sink wobbled, no toilet seat, filth layer on the floor the shower, water-run marks on the walls, rusty ceiling tiles, table from balcony without tabletops (was glass?)... Terrible, terrible, terrible. As the first hotel in a Cuba-trip the travel agent the mountains and the sea, here-despite the 'better' hotel category-against their better judgement, offered something, it was not to beat is. We have in this hotel our first night on Cuba must spend. The room was in a miserable state. The bed linen and towels were dirty. The capacity of the restaurant is enough for the number of guests not from. Never again this hotel! read hotel review

Coffee and welcome drink delicious, staff friendly, but the sanitary facilities and a shower with a toilet in the rooms just a catastrophe. The hotel is also for one night not recommendable! Room and beds just dirty. Air conditioning a dirt (wording please excuse). read hotel review

That not everything is brand new, ok; but the bathroom was so dirty, that i even after a 10 hours flight rather not shower have, the bed was so full of hair, i doubted have, whether it was actually been changed. Our complaints about the broken air conditioning but will be charged with a room exchange answered and of the pool bar were as well all very nice and helpful. The ... tables during dinner and breakfast were absolutely dirty and disgusting-this is but by almost the whole country, from ermangeklung detergent and genuine shortage of soap & co. Tip: in the flier already sufficiently alcohol, then immediately at the bar, then you can sleep in the hotel pernik good! read hotel review
