A desert Hotel-as the name suggests, it is not normal resort. We used it for one night (excursion). One should not forget the hotels on what a hostile place you can relax. Measured it is a great hotel. The rooms are typical and clean. A clean pool is located in the garden. Swimsuits are highly recommended. The sun shone merciless. We can recommend the hotel. Nice Hotel, right in the Wüstenstadt douz, in the typical Tunisian style. This is typical behavior and customs, in the middle of the night if a donkey begins to cry and the hotel staff on its knees, the minarets crying is, in order to pray. Otherwise great for excursions, we stayed in the night before a camel ride in the Sahara, the right on your doorstep is. Location
The hotel is located in Douz, a typical village in the south of Tunisia, surrounded by sand dunes. The village has preserved its ancestral traditions that are inherited from the Berbers. Guests will discover handicrafts made of camel skin, Berber jewellery and the raising of Slougui, a retriever pedigree dog, as well as desert hare. The centre of Douz is 5 minutes away via public transport.
Facilities
This family-friendly resort was recently refurnished and features a total of 131 rooms. The resort offers guests exceptional moments within a natural setting. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, newspaper stand, Internet access, and room and laundry services. Guests can wine and dine in the restaurant and bar, whilst those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the car park.
Rooms
All of the rooms and suites at guests' disposal come with air conditioning, a telephone and satellite TV. Each also features an en suite bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. Further in-room amenities include a double bed, safe and heating.
Sports/Entertainment
