  This apartment complex is located right on the sea front, only approximately 50 m from the beach in San Agustin. The shopping centre is around 350 m away and the popular tourist resort of Playa del Inglés is just 3 km from the hotel. A stop for public transport may be found only 200 m from the hotel. Las Palmas is a 40-minute drive away. Las Palmas international airport is around 20 km from the hotel.
• Facilities
  Refurbished in 2005, this holiday complex comprises a total of 30 accommodation units. All apartments offer guests an outstanding view of the beach and the gardens and leisure facilities. The hotel's facilities include a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and a bar with a terrace as well as a playground. Guests are asked to indicate their time of arrival in advance, as the reception desk is located in the Siesta complex and has limited opening hours.
• Rooms
  The apartments with a view of the beach are bright and spacious. They are designed for up to 5 persons and offer a fully fitted kitchen with an American bar, an oven and a fridge. Moreover, they include a bathroom, a living/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, satellite/cable TV, a safe, and either a balcony or a garden terrace.
• Sports/Entertainment
  The hotel's grounds feature a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols and facilities for minigolf, beach volleyball and pétanque. On the beach, it is possible to hire pedal boats, jet skis and windsurfing equipment. In Maspalomas (around 6 km away), there are golf courses and the shopping centre has its own gym, aerobics sessions, a bowling alley and more.
