Over 80% Russian vacation guests. The hotel complex is beautifully laid out. What the hotel definitely need to work: on the understanding of the staff: not even English have beherrst. Also the hotel manager, which surprised me very much. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Fresh towels wanted after 3 days only unmmount. The food was varied, repeated but then again. Wide choice. Animation at the pool too loud - ( music) should be improved. Very monotonous. Russian tourist are preferentially treated. Wifi is subject to a charge: 10 Euro in the week. The staff are very friendly even if you not communicate. There are in this hotel two people especially to praise. Mehemet at the bar and the lady from the hammam. I wanted to at the front desk postcards to deliver the lady said kema and has refused to accept them. A doctor I did not see and complaints we were simply not understood.The food is good however very monotonous. Everyday the same many offal. There was only once in this week fried eggs for breakfast.
