We had no sofa bed for children children full extra beds. When we arrived was the couch bed. This is however not times for children! On the next day it was amended.The hotel has no official categorizations by the dehoga. Four stars (as in catalogs of the tour operator), it seems to me not justified.
Our suite was large. The described kitchenette was however not usable, because any facilities (crockery, cutlery, etc.) Was missing. Noisy as well should amongst others also a kettle with tea are available. None.

We were for a few days in the Hotel Arcadia, our summary: the furnishing of the rooms (we had a comfort room double room ) has gotten old partly dirty chairs have for a 4 star hotel be better deserves the 4 stars not-ancient televisions-has actually disposed, minibar is not and is also not refilled-no central heating-neither in the bathroom in the room- (only air conditioner with warm or cold breath) as soon as the complex off it is quickly (and in march where we still have minus temperatures had). Good city hotel as a starting point for excursions and hikes was very good, as one-night stopover. Restaurant with buffet breakfast on the 16. floor with very impressive views.

Room simply furnished, without any feel good factor, food like in a cafeteria with about 50 persons, but only for 20 was laid out, extremely loud, last table in the exit, odors, smelled of old fat, staff on demand unable to give information, hotel suggested alternative before, which was inadequate.
