The staff is very friendly, as well as at check-breakfast" there is only English spoken. The room cleaning was done every day, the towels are changed every day, whether you put it on the floor or not. There is a bar and restaurant, which we personally have never used because we were always in the center of London leave. The rooms are large, very modern decor, air conditioning, telephone, a flat screen TV (you can also use as an alarm clock), a kettle for the tea, Internet connection, hair dryer and safe.
