We were thrilled from the first to last day our stay in St. Director. The breakfast is unique and especially the à la carte dishes, the for breakfast are served. Everything included in the price. I have never better freshly squeezed juices drunk and there is plenty of choice. The children have evenings the room was always hot chocolate, milk and cookies, depending on what you want, get brought. In the hotel it 'family tradition' and is included in the price. After staying at the Samaya we did the rest of the holiday at the St Regis. Here it is relatively quiet - the Strandsituation is better by the water is rather quiet ( from the famous high tide/low tide-problems we didn't notice - You could go into the water at any time and swimming). This until 2008 , very spaciously designed resort is in a class of its own. We had a Lagoon-villa with a large living-room, bedroom, a large bathroom, two toilets and a private pool, which was directly at the immense hotel pool ( lagoon) attached. Water in the pools was unbelievable clear and clean. The hotel is of exquisite design and very, very clean. After our stay at the Matahari Beach Resort in the north Bali we came with the St. Regis Hotel in another world, so our review what to say. The hotel is an almost perfect if you only expect luxury.
