(+) the staff are especially friendly and polite. The front desk speak several different languages (recognizable on the name tag with flags) and partially even german. For questions we were competently answered.
The staff at breakfast spoke good english.
The gated parking garage costs about 30 chf per day. Because of the location is it rather recommendable these to use.(+) the building has a bar, as well as a restaurant. The bar is directly behind the front desk and is very comfortable for an evening drink. The prices correspond to the city average.

We were treated very friendly and service are excellent. Unfortunately made an effort to speak German with us not the, also as we were only sparse debating this fact. A shame, but otherwise I can highly recommend the hotel. … read more

We were very disappointed, as we have stayed in several different cities have stayed in the Novotel. With the price-performance-money it is not here. The location is central, but right in the 'red light district'. Therefore, for families rather unsuitable. … read more
