the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. with English or German there should be no large problems enter. However should you prefer twice to ask, whether the desire to really understand the issue.Apart from the breakfast we can't say anything, since we didn't stay there eaten have. Excellent. From the front desk, room service (free mini bar!! ), Spa ( free water and fruit) until breakfast ( buffet plus a la carte). The breakfast was very good and rich, without the much missed. Only a few all special wishes, but also listed on the map, were not taken into account. So 5 star level, but still not the highest demands ( such as Schloss Bensberg ). Unfortunately we could only one night at this truly highly recommended hotel! It is a smaller hotel with only 34 rooms, that in the heart of the old city, at the beginning of the pedestrian shopping area. However, it was no problem with the car you're almost in front of the hotel. Immediately was someone on the spot, the parking of the car in the hotel's parking garage has taken over (parking for one night was about 30 euros). In the room we immediately felt good!
