In the evening we arrived the receptionist was unfriendly and almost rude as we also after hotel parking have asked. The breakfast for a four-star hotel underground expired butter packages totally dry bread and par baked rolls and the in the week. Very unfriendly staff, no complaint has been edited, staff at the reception spoke with guests in the peremptory tone, old mattresses and very, very old pillows (one travels with back tension from), small not modern rooms, old bathrooms, breakfast in the basement, easy selection of dishes for breakfast...
We were very disappointed, especially from the rugged and unfriendly behavior of the staff at the front desk. We can't understand, that this hotel by the dehoga with 4 stars is excellent.

Very nice hotel for a city trip to Cologne. Only 15 minutes to the city centre and all sights. Breakfast was good. There is no restaurant but there are recommended four restaurants in the area. Here there is something for everyone.

Price/performance ratio was not here. Hotel is centrally located, and parking is available in limited. This is a hotel that has no restaurant - ledigtlich pizza was offered ... elevator is at the first. - means luggage on the 1 floor. Floor ( according to the weight and those who do it - sportive). Room was cold - and also at full aufgedrehter heating no Durchwärmung. Size of the room also "manageable". Bathroom is tiny. … read more
