We had a 'suite' with three double rooms, a kitchen, a shower bath and separate toilet booked. We got in a ' Hinterhinterhaus ', entrance (as already elsewhere described) beside a shisha AR.
The premises were cleaned bad. Immediately you could Fingerspuren to of the kitchen and other furnishings discover, before a schrankspiegel were obviously from a previous guest the teeth cleaned, on a wall covering were indefinable marks, with the opening of a kitchen cupboard we had the handle in the hand, with the take off of the hair dryer-plug even the whole socket. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and absolutely German language ( even if in other reviews people)
We have every day fresh towels and the room would be cleaned daily, with exception the kitchenette.
When we arrived, was the tv not programmed and a light bulb was broken, after we these details at the front desk reported, they were immediately fixed. We had then all major German tv-program and not, as in another review described, only arab.For a fair price you can in the hotel breakfast. This offer there is only recently and you get the impression, it is still practiced. … read more

Our room was by the hotel over 2 courtyards. Directly behind a shisha bar. Although the room was large. But it was smelly and the cleanliness arguing... In the 4 days was not even a laundry and towel change. All in all, seemed the room was plush and relatively new. This impression was the exact view pretty fast after. We expected a included breakfast. However the dining room being renovated and a discussion with the staff anyway pointless as i the arab language not speak and the employees hardly any speak german have. The location is great. We were very disappointed from this hotel. The room was dirty, smelled and the carpet and the sofa were very dingy. The parking, what we in advance had reserved, we did not get and had to be in an expensive parking garage. We had to leave early, have it over 24 hours previously reported and no discount given.
The location is although top, but that is already everything! … read more

A under construction now taking shape night possibility; daily change of towels; room service noisy staff 2-times weekly. Quality of the reception staff regarding language and competence very different. Guests apparently mostly Arabic origin as the Fahrstuhlbeschriftung (German, Arabic),. Positive is the absolute Downtown location. Because of the above-described problem only limited recommendable. … read more
