We were in this hotel for 2 nights as a part of our round trip accommodated. The entrance area is very nicely done and the hotel is in colonial style kept. The rooms would have preferred an tacken clean can be (bathroom), but it was still as a part of. Only negative was the almost unbearable nightly noise because the hotel among the best in the center is. We had during our round trip by Sri Lanka two days stay in the hotel. The first impression of the hotel gave me a nostalgic. :-) but mentioned our tour operator already prior to, that such a antique hotel is. But ANTIK is definitely not bad. The location of the hotel is located in Kandy, the main artery from the first entering the hotel room we thought, that the window was open. These were however 'closed'. I have as a part of a round trip 3 nights spent in this hotel. My room a ballroom and had - in comparison to my Traveling companions-also plenty of lamps. The Queen's hotel in Kandy should not nostalgia addicts to be missed! We had the luck in the evening in the totally booked out hotel to come. The extremely friendly staff took us with a calm in front desk as we really Noble passing through and told us the freshly renovated suite with a direct view of the tooth temple, where we really so felt.
