Good three stars complex with very nice rooms, the unfortunately no that cleaned, as well as it should be. Apart from that you can the cleanliness nothing to complain about. Strong Eastern European busy. Russians, Poland eTC. Some englishmen and German were also there. The proximity to the beach is OK. 5 minutes run on slow pace. Homely dimensions with pretty views no matter where your windows open out to. The rooms are well kept and frequent change of bed and closet linen. Full board had plenty on offer during meals. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had more on offer than any reasonable person could eat. The choices in hot and cold plates per meal were plentiful. The guests were mostly German and English. Polish and Russian also joined the party of tourists. read hotel review

Gaia Villiage has one restaurant and 2 bars. The drinks on offer are plentiful. Breakfast serves English, Italian and Greek. With nothing left to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and eager to please, displaying a good knowledge of many foreign languages! :-) Any complaints were dealt with quickly and adequately.

  • Location

The resort had well kept gardens and rooms. The distance to the beach was ideal...just a small stroll. However the path to the beach leaves something to be desired. The shopping facilities on the premises and in the area are satisfactory. Excursion possibilities were sufficient

  • Room
    5.0

spacious rooms and relaxing covers. The rooms appeared recently renovated..nice and fresh. As was the bathroom. No mini bar or cooling facilities. (room for improvement there) Especially for mothers with babies or if one has the need to cool medicine or drinks for "after hours" Air conditioning was not strong enough. Though we were here in early June we could not imagine how guests would deal with high summer temperatures.

  • Sport & Leisure
    3.0

The pools were well kept. Clean clear water and sunbeds(though a little hard) The entertainment was found rather lacking. We felt the need to leave the premises each night in search of a little more diversity. Waking up at night by screaming (drunken) youths made me wonder if there was any supervision at all. We did not notice any supervision during the day either.

Tasty and fresh Variety of veggies, fruits and diverse food Drink services along the day PERSONAL AND DIRECT COMMENT: The restaurant manager Dimitris, was amazing with us. A very kind and attentive service from him. We had the possibility to visit your hotel 2 years ago and it was extremely impressive and nice that Mr. Dimitris was able to remember us, that does make you feel welcome and at home in this beautiful Hotel. Kitchen's Chef is always preparing tasty and a nice variation of dishes which is pleasur to the paladar Cleand restaurant, excellent atmosphere and good waiter service. The bar is really nice and the service provided by the bar tenders is awesome! If you dont want a lot of noise you can as well use the annex pool bar which has nice staff.

Very big rooms with nice. Balconies. The balcony is provided by nice facilities and equipment. The building has been rennovated just a year ago, therefore it was really clean, in an excellent state.

  • Location

It is close to the min street allowing good connection for reaching different spots in the Island. Positive that it is close to the airport Quite reachable by public transportation Bus frequency quite regular allowing the visit to the center of Kos

A really good location of the three pools, constantly cleaned. Eventhough that the beach is not directly at the hotel, the beach is beautiful and nice place for relaxing. The beach is sandy and not stoney. Suitable to go with kids since it is not really deep.

The hotel is nicely situated at the edge of Tigake. The hotel consists of several bouldings and has a lot of beautiful, spacy rooms. We enjoyed the all inclusive service and had a nice, very clean room on the second floor (above the ground floor). There were guests from all over Europe, but mainly Dutch and German. Also seceral from Poland, the Czech Republic and France. read hotel review

The personel is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is possible, when asked. For example: on our day of leave, we would be picked up by our bus at 18:30 hours. Although the check out time was 12:00 hours, we could use all the facilities all day long and after that we could use a special shower facility, inclusing the use of towels, so we could start our journey home refreshed!

Although quietly situated on the edge of the village, the beach and the centre of the village were within a few hundred metres. Less than a kilometre away was a beautiful slat lake with lots of exotic birds, like flamingo's. At some distance the mountain range of Kos, with great forests, is visable.

Two big pools, a pool table and table tennis facilities. Also a football court. Our children were allowed to play with their friend in the pool with a ball. Great! The nearby beach was clean, very broad (deep) with lovely clear, shallow water.

  • Gastronomy
    6.0

Breakfast, lunch and diner buffet were of a very high standard. The cuisine was Greek, but there was enough choice for everybody's taste, including children. There was also live cooking every day with surprisingly delicious food. You could eat inside or outside; there was plenty of room.

Gaia Village Hotel is an absolutely stunning place for couples but most of all for families. Our room was located next to the kids swimming pool on the ground floor and it was beautifully designed creating a sense of warmth and comfort. Just got back from our holidays in Kos and still feel on an amazing high. I know that other visitors may have described what I'm about to say, but this hotel makes those that visit and work there walk around with permanent smiles on their faces. My husband and I spent one week here during October and was our birthday, so I had emailed ahead to tell reservations of celebratory visit. We stepped out of taxi and were greeted by the night guard welcoming us as it was getting rather late for Dinner and he restaurant had been informed to ... remain open for few minutes more until we serve ourselves. The food was very tasty, based in the Mediterranean cuisine. We were shown to our room where they were flowers, a bottle of red wine, simply a beautiful room with view to the pool. We thank all the staff for their kindness and the willingness to answer any question came up. We highly recommend it: If you want to feel so relaxed and special you must visit this hotel, from now and on it has a special place in our hearts. Counting the days, weeks, months until we return. Best Regards, Pablo read hotel review

My partner and i stayed here for a week and were impressed with our stay. From checking in to leaving all the staff were more than helpful always smiling and happy to help in anyway. The hotel complex was large and well looked after with two pools around the pool bar and one for the children. There was also another set a little further away for people who enjoy a bit more peace and quiet. We also had no need to reserve our sun loungersa first !, though this may have been the time of year we went !. ... The food we thought was excellent for a hotel trying to cater for all tastes. the chefs came up with some great recipes, the quality of the meats and fish were better than the pot luck buys you get from supermarkets here !. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Gaia and would definitely go back read hotel review

I have stayed in Gaia Village Hotel with my Family. I enjoyed so much with my kids that i rebooked to come also in summer 2015. The hosts and the staff have been so generous and kind that no one would doubt on it. The hotel has got an excellent service, facilities and animation for the kids, they loved it and they were excited to swim every day in the kid's pools.
