We had a family celebration, the waiters overburdened and annoyed. At the front desk you had to long wait until someone came, unfortunately no lift, as my husband was handicapped, he had a great deal of difficulty.
At the entrance a huge dog the hotel is a welcome, I think impossible, from hygienic reasons is something not at all.
To eat: unfortunately was the spinach really bad washed the prohibited in the 4 stars not happen!

I was on business for only one night in the hotel and I felt really good. Unfortunately the room was with my arrival not finished yet. As Entschulddigung a drink get, so OK. For me the breakfast was outstanding, delicious! Big downside for breakfast was, that there is a long-haired dog in the breakfast room and then also still directly next to the' buffet' something to eat has received. This none from the staff intervened is, is in my opinion not at all.

The hotel is situated on a busy road between the highway and Solingen.
My room in the main building to the street was very old, you couldn't open a window at night because of the noise. The air-conditioning or ventilation caused a continuous noise and unfortunately was not bearable in the long term.
The room gave the impression of 70 years. Old and worn.
I ate three times warm. The first time was the soup, and the food was only lukewarm. The potato was not to identify. White foam with anything. The tarte flambee was only lukewarm. The dinner was a steak or … read more

The hotel is in a very good condition and we felt very comfortable in all areas. The food in the evenings is the taste was excellent at the buffet breakfast which was very good one but perhaps a little variation in the sausage and cheese. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs were freshly prepared. The Spa is very nice with the nice in a garden are located.
