Altogether a lovely stay - only the hotel kitchen was beyond description. Well cooked, but meals were on the next day again served. On the first glance it looked great from, but the second day one recognized at the buffet but some dishes partly in other form again, so actually only from the freshly cooked half was. The salads were very cold and made a quick-frozen impression. From November 2012 should the middle management change, therefore there is hope for change. read hotel review

If this resort someone Bay and 4 stars - quality expected, he will be disappointed. The hotel by Mirta on offers 4-sterne-ausstattung, but everything outside this building is nevertheless rather 2a 3-star - quality. We had booked all inclusive and we can not complain. The employees are friendly and tried hard. The beach should a hotel-own beach his. What is not the case. From all sides flooded the locals or guests from other hotels in this bay. The main annoyance was, that for the existing sun lounger, the all inclusive -guests reservations were, were no cushions. Not even a towel. ... And so one lay on the hard plastic-loungers. We then in the town mattresses bought, thus was the problem solved. The lifeguard was the unfriendliest nature, which in the entire hotel around ran, therefore any discussion is non-necessary and you even remedy had. Izola itself and the bay, in which the resort is situated, is certainly a vacation value, the water is class and relax in September yet for swimming a. read hotel review

    The food is varied. It is always refilled, and the warm food are especially also warm. There were always 2 soups, several main courses - if you didn't find anything there, you can't help, several cakes, ice,... It is amongst others fish offered, meat, Schnitzel, fresh fruits,...

    Beach is super and not far away. From izola center it is however for small children a bit too far! There are plenty of excursions to go on, as you by car in a trice also in Croatia and Italy is!

    The receptionist was very nice and went to our desire a room possible in sea proximity with a balcony to get. So we decided right in three star hotel with a great view of the sea landed!

The hotel consists of several hotel block with 3 or 4 stars. We were in the 4-star block 'by mirta on' and had a great, big room with a view of the sea. However was the area extremely noisy: for example through the miles tönende animation at the beach, furthermore the cleaning already in the morning briefly after six hours a very loud, of a kind of mopedmotor powered ' laubblasmaschine ' set in, of a sleep with the window open was so not to think. The food was certainly not a four star level, was quite unimaginative and was ... partly also a filthy impression. The abservieren of the used table-ware was a car between the tables around, and pot was, in the leftovers hineingekippt were. During the meals, this is an extremely unappetizing sight and one asks oneself then of course, as it probably in those areas of the kitchen at the time, the view of the guest withdrawn are. The beach area is for the large number of hotel guests way too small and therefore very uncomfortable. read hotel review

    The location of the hotel is the beautiful meersesbucht very attractive, but by the worn down condition a large, rusty water slide quite spoiled. Unfortunately is the beach area for the many guests way too small. You want in there further backwards dodging, so you could find it partially very dirty before. The nearby lying town of izola/isola us whereas good.

    Room in the hotel block 'by mirta on' was large, with beautiful balcony and the view of the sea gorgeous. The design of the room corresponded to the expected four stars wholeheartedly. We felt in this room very like.

We had' all inclusive' and were in the main building accommodated, So that we the only possible Condusive after 18:00 o'clock easy to use. The' all inclusive offer' was rather poor: - Cheap beverages from the automat and no light products. On the coffee ceilings the veil of silence. - the WLAM in the hotel could only for a fee (= 2 Euro per hour) can be used, the free computer terminal was always occupied. - the offered food often repeated itself (but it was tasty and fortunately not fat). - the at the beach stacked chairs were hard ... and without cushions. Sun screens were despite the large heat not available. - the showers at the beach besides business ( Regulation because of shortages of drinking water), showers in the hotel was on the day of departure with a high Expense connected The staff were initially very 'reserved' (= no looked at, none greeted, only a few answered the own greeting, the 'strict' Mr from the reception answered in the peremptory tone), these improved but, after three families left and a cleansing conversation with the Managemente (= very friendly!) Happened. The complex / the beach was in no proportion to the four star hotel. We will not come again! read hotel review
