The waiters of the hotel is very pleasant, not intrusive, speaks german (which for older people for certain a must is) and is attentive.
Because the hotel in march is not yet full, we had rather many waiters around us, so no desire remained unfulfilled remained.
But you have to expect, that everything was a bit 'slow' is, also with complaints (we had room problems). It didn't bother us, because it is probably the mentality and we are on vacation, so why rush.In the hotel there is a buffet and it seems another restaurant to give, which we however never used.

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable two weeks at the hotel and certainly hope to return.
We were very happy to visit the towns of Monastir and Sousse and experienced no problems. The people were friendly and treated us as welcome guests to their country.

Overall the hotel is good, but 5 stars in germany are now times not just 5 stars in Tunisia - there is corners where you just an eye must. The building already had its best years behind it, the mountings in the bathroom are scruffy and the joints in the shower may also decent cleaning stand, a broken lamp was on arrival in the room as' broken ' titled but never repaired, the shoe cleaning machine functioned also only partially. The staff were almost all very friendly and courteous. All speak english, some can also speak german.The food was amazing. So good i have in any holiday hotel eaten.
There were for lunch and in the evenings always buffet with antipasti, 2 fish, 2 meat dishes, 4 local dishes, 2 other meals, 2 pasta dishes.
Furthermore there was still a large dessert buffet.
