The staff are - no matter in which area - very friendly and hard-working. That one really warm (!) Welcome, is everywhere. For kids is it again and again a joy after a trip again to the caregivers in the children's playroom, to may. To mention is still the creativity of the cleaning staff - the bed is every day designed...In the hotel there is a nice, atmospheric dining room. After a rich breakfast buffet with hiking snacks, gives it at noon also again a small buffet. In the afternoon it is then homemade cakes and strudels to you in … read more

The family hotel adler is a family run business and it shows from the start. Very good service from the check-in until the departure. We had a very nice family room, that was actually 2 dopelzimmern was, 2 bathrooms and a relatively large terrace. Family luggen tried really all the guests, the children have also lots of fun. Private hike and sunrise hike with the boss and the son as a super guide were the highlight of our holiday. And the food really great from the breakfast with freshly prepared eggs on the hiking snacks to absendessen.

the staff are a total catastrophe! With all understand, that even a hotelier must save, the guest but probably a minimum degree of trained staff expect. In service Eastern European forces set in, the hardly a word German understand. Same goes for the maids. Orders are not understood, instead a friendly Shrug...
My room was in the five days not at all made, on the next day were all towels away, without new to lay down.
