was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have stayed in some 5 star resorts and first class places. This however failed on every aspect. Staff are more interested in themself than u, and if you complain they will say "well let’s just agree to disagree", food in the cook islands is mostly plain and boring and will normally take a good 40mins plus, but hey don’t complain as they will basically tell u to get over it. Here you will a Ritz king. Since the rates at 600$ per night you can start to expect likewise. The rooms to be thoroughly cleaned, you can the fridge fill up and a babysitting service are available. Standard things such as airport transfer or book excursions is of course not an issue. The young woman at the front desk we even had their own telephone number for eventual questions and problems.
