The service staff at the bars and the restaurants are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The language skills at the front desk are poor (no English). Towels must only all three days to be changed. We had to ask at the front desk always the feeling, the we were disturbing! The cleaning of the rooms is very bad!The food was always good and fresh! Many vegetables and fruit. Kitchen style is bulgarian and that is a good thing, because otherwise you would need not to travel. The staff were friendly ( which perhaps also because of is, that the language ability). Cleaning of the rooms - cleaning we really couldn't call it... Almost all of the towels and bed sheets were stained or gray.
With the playground it has a child care, the girls were all very nice and accommodating.The restaurant had a cafeteria-like atmosphere - a lot was unfortunately not enjoyable ( partially one had it already sour smell). The only the good mood was hristo at the pool bar! The rest see not times someone at! The speak German not to mention! Beds were made! Daily the towels were changed! That was it already! I don't know, whether the cleaners knew it a balcony returns! Not really!The food was a cheek! Every day there was Gulasch and chicken! Not more! Really every evening!
