The hotel has a high standard, unfortunately staff ( except: front desk) not kept: ROMANIAN waiters that don't girechisch, poor English and very little English languages, driver of the transfer coach always grumpy. The two women at the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Due to the remote location (3km to Parikia) is a car required. Paved path to the beach (5 minutes), at the beach barely any shade. … read more

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The front desk staff spoke several languages (I caught some english, Italian, Spanish, and German,). There is always someone at the front desk and no matter what time it is, they had a smile on their face. The food was awesome. Whether I was snacking on a sandwich at the pool side, or dinning at the restaurant, the food was always tasty. The restaurant offers a great selection of food and desserts. Here there was nothing to complain about. Check-in was quick and friendly. German wasn't spoken, with English you got along fine. The room cleaning was faultless. Three times a day there was a shuttle bus to Parikia, the times weren't very good though - once in the morning and twice in the evening. Careful: the hotel shuttle was a minibus with about 8 seats. This meant that waiting times were pre-programmed as of course in the mornings more than 8 people wanted to drive into town. A taxi could always be got without a problem though.I only ate breakfast there. … read more

Location
This hotel is located just 200 m away from the beach of Krios and about 2.5 km from Parikia. Guests are able to enjoy a wonderful view of both the beach and Parikia from the hotel.
