For a short stay the hotel is excellent, because it directly at a subway-station is and so very quickly in the center is. Cleanliness and decor of the room was more than adequate. Only the atmosphere in the breakfast room or better in the breakfast area wasn't so great. Everything very big and nothing separated, therefore cafeteria character. In my view, note four (of note 1 very good to note five insufficient) I stayed the room 301. I booked directly through the Best Western website booked. After a five hour drive, I am Best Western hotel. At the front desk. The front desk sat behind the counter the whole time and was hard to see, no welcome quite the opposite. The service was okay. We were not very friendly welcome, have all the information, which we needed. A discussion there is however: we had a 5 Euro-voucher for drinks the hotel bar in our nights. This coupon we wanted to redeem after we had checked out. On the coupon was also this day still as valid einlösetag. Unfortunately we were told, the coupon however only before the check out cash could. Ultimately, we have our drinks but still get.
The room was cleaned thoroughly. We do not have a strange hair somewhere found.

Very nice City Hotel. With the subway, station samariterstraße is right in front of the door within ten minutes drive from the Alexanderplatz, plenty of shopping options, access to the public transport to tegel and schönefeld airports, as well as with S-Bahn or rer to main station. Subway port from Alexanderplatz to Potsdamer Platz, or S-Bahn the exhibition grounds and olympiastadtion (about 30 minutes). Within five minutes you can reach the station frankfurter allee the ring S-Bahn for db train station südkreuz or ostkreuz. Also a shopping center is reachable in a few minutes.

The hotel lies in the district of friedrichshain. 3 steps from the hotel way is located the subway station both samariterstrasse. A netto and a backwarenladen is located left and right from the hotel in the immediate area. The breakfast buffet is very varied, there guaranteed something for everyone.
