As mentioned before, I found the staff pleasant and professional.The breakfast is impressive and worth a stay! In my experience I never found this kind of variety, quality and service in any 4-star hotel in Europe. Having breakfast on that lovely terrace is the cherry on the cake. The hotel is beautifully located directly on the river Reuss. It was great for breakfast and dinner on the terrace at the river to sit. Our room lay to the city center with a view of the pedestrian area. Unfortunately it was early in the morning by the delivery very loud and also at night we heard laughter through the streets, so that it was unfortunately not possible, the windows to let.
