The staff were generally unfriendly, of course, you can't to generalize however of course there was also exceptions the were nice.
'English' could the staff more or less however one could inform itself. Opposite complaints ( no airco in the room, although we had booked it) was the staff undiplomatically a. They have 600€ for a room with air-conditioning requires with 9 nights!
However there was an employee in the staff who helped us very much, since our tour operator a real chaos and just organized. You could 4 spoke fluent for us and the transfer to the airport with the spanish … read more

For families is this hotel not recommended. The season the hotel is full of loud drunk young people, as well as my friends and i. Our rooms all had mold on the walls. In the bathroom leaked it of the toilet from the ceiling, while in the room was about us showered. On our arrival was already a old pants in the bathroom around. The cleaning staff came every day and have the room cleaned, but very clean one in this room not really felt.
