Very nice place. Great location. Near the city center. Nice views. Good facilities. Super standard as compared with the price. We were there for nine people plus two children (1.5 years old). The apartment was so much better than we expected. For value for money it is excellent. The owner/manager was on site 6 days per week. The driveway was always cleared of snow early. We were able to have fresh towels every 3 to 4 days. The owner spoke wonderful English. The ski room was well set up and there was also a washing machine and dryer. Very friendly owner named Adi who knows his English and is very helpfull.There's a list of the backery who deliver at the appartementVery clean and nice. We were very happy with the free WIFI. Everything you can think of is there... we brought are toaster along but even that was already in the appartement. Very clean and organized. Everything you need is there in the appartment. We stayed at the Aparrtment Kitzsteinhorn for 7 nights. Our scope of going to Kaprun was for a skiing holiday. The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to ski slopes, which are few minutes away by car. Most of Restaurants, bars and shops in Kaprun are in Nikolaus-Gassner Straße which is just down the road from the apartment and are reachable by walk. Rooms are very clean and spacious enough.
