This hotel is for 4 years our 2. home. It is for people, the recuperation need and problems with the body thanks to the ayurveda department the right. The good spirit Lotti the eyes and ear everywhere and with the team possible what is possible. This applies to the food, the room, the pool and the beach. We arrived after a very stressful year and after 3 weeks not only relaxed, but also psychic fully recover. Very nice front desk. This impression was clouded as i briefly said, that my wife which barefoot the laundry in the closet cleaned up once black soles had, that should the brand new a decoration not be. After we the manager answer gave was cleaned better. With of the kitchen there were a few problems which particularly the quality of the dishes concerned. That is why we have repeatedly, for example left at the beach next door in the ' southern Star Hotel-restaurant' eaten, conclusion : excellent cuisine and half-price. The staff are friendly and courteous, you feel directly at home, so as if one would be to visit and not on vacation. The staff speaks English and also a few words of German, they are learning. The rooms were always quick and thoroughly cleaned and flowers.
Everyone is hard-working it the guests make it as pleasant as possible.The hotel isn't big only 12 room but very generously built. There is a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms of the hotel are well equipped and very spacious.

The staff are extremely friendly. Wishes were immediately fulfilled and there this hotel by a swiss 'Lotti' managed, was also the communication in german language even not a problem. But english do it here, as in the whole country very good.
The rooms were cleaned daily and the time for dusit laguna phuket resort was never too short.
On request there are laundry.A house with 12 rooms (if have). Here we spend the first 4 days of 3 weeks. It was a fantastic start. Next to the private beach section, which is very well-kept, there is a great pool. Therefore we could … read more
