Complaints are only insufficient done, according to the motto: we are here in the Caribbean and have a 'laissez-faire'. The staff are although friendly, no question, but no more than that. the Caribbean is included. For every Caribbean vacationers a nightmare! Beaches with the hotel is the beach again and again cleaned, in the free beaches but it looks bad. When it rained, the mosquitoes are a real plague despite mosquito protection! After five days left and the Iberostar grand Hotel

We stayed here for the second year in a row that our 2 week spring break in the Sivory Punta Cana and were extremely pleased. For vacationers, who as we, an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, this Small Luxury hotel is highly recommended. The Lagunenlage with a fantastic and fine sandy beach which is almost deserted spread over the resort and the bungalows in the tropical landscape gives the impression literally entering a private grounds with friends. I was here for the fourth time and know nothing better. It is a relatively small area with two story villas, spacious guest rooms and different sea view (premium Ocean front are right on the beach with enormous view). The immediacy of the ocean waves, the unobtrusive friendliness and the good service in Caribbean exclusiver surroundings characterise the stay in a modern directional Stilhotel elements.
