renovated building made from prefabricated slabs, 8-storied, 300 meters the Alexander Square. Tram service to hakecher Hof in front of the house. Positive: the rate is reasonable, free Wi-Fi in the room, 2 free internet stations with printer in the lobby, the rooms have a balcony with good views, are quiet and have a large flat screen. The Mercure-hotel is a converted building made from prefabricated slabs with some dated decor ( tiles in the bathroom, etc.). The course was' musty', the area traffic loud. In the closet found not enough Hangers for two people on business trip. Breakfast only starting from 6:30 A. M., no exception for persons the early must. Hilfebreitschaft at the front desk rather small ('duty' ), printer for guests was announced, but it is not. … read more

The staff were rather than friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms left nothing to the imagination, in my toilet swam during the whole 3 days disgusting indefinable things around. Traffic good, but but also very loud.
