Hotel Pegasus Reef^{(3 stars)}

Night as a part of a round trip. Serving staff in the bar lobby was totally disinterested. Four service staff stood around and have a sports on tv viewed. We wanted drink a tea. Apparently there is no tea. Later a further employee, the US then problem-free a pot of tea, as well as water brought. U. E. Is this hotel for a longer stay not suitable, since little possibilities ( shopping, restaurant etc.) in the environment. … read more

We were as a part of our Sri Lanka round trip 2 nights in this hotel. The cleanliness was okay, it is located right at the beach, but apart from that very far away from the action. In the entire hotel, including the room makes you feel at ease. Everything is clean and well furnished. We stayed on our trip only a night. Evening buffet was plentiful, tasty not so good. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, the staff was completely overstrained. We had our table and stock up on food were excellent. Tea and coffee you had to get itself and also for a long time to wait on the preparation. … read more

We were in this hotel only for a night. Unfortunately we got no welcome drink. The room was clean (Section 229), but the furnishings were very worn. Acceptable for a night. The buffet was OK. … read more

We were in this hotel during a Sri Lanka tour two nights. The first afternoon my parents were the glasses from the bags stolen while we were traveling in Colombo. Although we reported it at the reception nothing was done. Only our tour guide ereichte the next day, the drove we with a responsible from the hotel to the nearest Polizeidirektio and a display (Protocol for the insurance) could do. We can recommend this hotel not further reason for this experience. … read more
