  The apartments are classified in the 4-star category by Vienna Tourist Board. They are family friendly and comfortably equipped, modern but different furnished and offer our guests the best conditions for short or a long-term stay. The studio apartments are between 35 - 38 m2 with 1 large and combined living and bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, bathroom/WC and hallway. The much larger 1-bedroom apartments are between 50 - 65 m2 (550 to 700 sq feet) consisting of 2 separate rooms, a bedroom and a combined living and bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, halway, bathroom with separate toilets (WC). Most of the apartments are air conditioned and some apartments offer also a smal balcony. Further apartment facilities are: * Cable-TV, * DVD-Player, * Telephon, * Fax, * Answering-machine, * PC mit highspeed internet access (XDLS) with WIFI & TFT-Flatscreen, * Stereo HIFI und CD-Player, * Iron & board, etc. The fully equipped modern Kitchen offers: * Stove, * Microwave, * Dishwasher, * Refrigerator, * Freezer, * Washing-machine , * Dryer, * Coffee maker, * Toster etc. cutlery, pots and pans as well as other kitchenware are available for 6 persons.
