the staff are very friendly, German however not spoken. With the cleaning of the rooms one does not take it so exactly. Under the bed were still items from the previous guest, which were not after three days were still there. the towels were changed daily, but some saw you still traces the previous users or the towels already dated. additional Services were not used.the only thing restaurant is simply furnished. the staff were attentive, as quickly as possible, the free became tables to clean and reset. the food was mostly tasty, but taste one could argue. the dishes were … read more

The staff at reception was perfect friendly and helpful. in the dining room okay, but a bit unorganized make questions were asked several times. Cleaning of the rooms consisted of making the bed and towels exchanges, that was it then also. Complaints was prompt and very friendly remedied.The dining room was so far in arrangements and the cleanliness was acceptable. The quality of the dishes mediocre but typical of the country.
