All the staff we came into contact with were always very friendly and helpful. When we complained about the noise of the air conditioning, it was immediately handled to help us. The room service was the best. We were once dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food is Asian-American and neudeutsch is described as "Fusion" kitchen. Both quality, value and service were immaculate. The rooms are not really the best thing about this hotel. We had a corner room on the 18th floor with consistent (floor) windows.
