See above. Service is friendly distant, they speak english and german. Not always you correctly understood. The cleaning of the rooms is good. There is every day fresh towels.I can only breakfast rate. The, as mentioned at the top of the top floor in buffet form is served. The food is rather typical for the country. There is a bit of cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs and omelettes, or is so a kind bauernfühstüch with kartoffelstückchen in it etc. A sort of white bread (toasted acceptable) and cut Baguette, otherwise typical turkish, sweet pastries. After our beach vacation there 4 days in Istanbul spend. Everything was great! The food in buffet form on the roof terrace has left nothing to the imagination. It was sweet, as well as hearty therewithin, the view during the meals was as well wonderful! From the hotel we could perfect on foot or with the tram the most interesting sights get, for example: blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, cistern, big bazaar Istanbul (kapali sarse ), bosphorus tour... This hotel is furnished like a museum and has an atmosphere which practically invites you to forget everyday life from the first day. Even though the Middle Eastern hospitality is widely praised, competence and friendliness are not the strong side of Istanbul, especially not of the staff. This appealing city hotel is located in the centre of Sultanhamed, close to countless shopping venues. There is a bus station located about 50 km away. Guests will find the famous Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace in the near vicinity of the hotel, while a variety of bars and restaurants lie around 1 km away. Istanbul Airport is situated some 18 km from the hotel.

Renovated in 2000, this hotel comprises a total of 110 rooms spread over 3 floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer, which is decorated in Ottoman style and features a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom and 3 lifts. Dining options include a café, a bar and 2 air-conditioned restaurants.
