Hotel in sultanhammed and close to everywhere in the wall location. St Sofia and blue mosque, top kapi palace it is 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is with the taxi in a scarce half hour vim ataturk airport. (currently 40 tl) you can also take the metro and tram until stop sultanhammed and close to everywhere drive, the costs but for 3 people already 6 chips = 18 tl (for the train you need tokens, at every stop for 3 tl) however, we must also on foot about cobbled streets to the hotel. The hotel works clean and tidy ... and has an ottoman atmosphere. The rooms are on 3 floors in a l shape arranged. The breakfast room is at the top, there is an open terrace and a conservatory, where in the cold restaurant the breakfast served. ( one sees these terraces with the bombaatischen views of marmara sea and the hagia Sofia or blue mosque also in the neighbouring hotels) the main language in the hotel, like in the town, after turkish russian. A few french, a few german. At the front desk is also speak german. The staff is friendly but superficial. The wifi is free, the performance in the room at the end the corridor the 1st floor in room 148 good. Bewertung lesen

I can only breakfast rate. The, as mentioned at the top of the top floor in buffet form is served. The food is rather typical for the country. There is a bit of cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs and omelettes, or is so a kind bauernfühstüch with kartoffelstückchen in it etc. A sort of white bread (toasted acceptable) and cut Baguette, otherwise typical turkish, sweet pastries. It predominates but turkish food, everything rather sweet. The coffee on autaomaten was drinkable, but not more. There are orange juice to press, which while we were there there was free. For three days it is okay, if you don't 'sweet' is. The atmosphere is very nice, beautiful decorations and fantastic views

Good starting point for desk on foot in the historic part or sultanhammed and close to everywhere. You should only there a hotel book for a Istanbul visit. You can on foot also in 20 minutes to the grand bazaar. Who wants to shoppen or on the other side of the golden horn (taksim square, istiklal etc.) With the tram 1 from sultanahmed to kabatas and then take the cable car up to the taksim) everything easy. As mentioned to the airport is less than 30 minutes by cab. Nearby the hotel, there is countless restaurants and small stalls for snacks and drinks for the room. Out of the hotel, keep right, turn right again, you can see a small underpass then a few meters the streets nuptiis consequences and one is between hagia Sofia. On the way dortjin are at least 3 small mini markets. Eat out: please do not in gallissta (is shortly before the blue mosque on the right side.

  • Zimmer

The rooms are for three people with three beds too small. Some rooms (148) is a door to the next room. This makes the room noisy. Loud laughter, speeches and gv then becomes problem. Otherwise is the room clean and not worn. The open bodenebene shower i thought it was great. There is a mini bar, kettle with nestcafé, tv with 3 german channels and complimentary in-room safe. The prospect was zero. You saw a kiesbet with plants. But from the rooms on the main floor there are certainly view to the rear of the st Sofia.

  • Service

See above. Service is friendly distant, they speak english and german. Not always you correctly understood. The cleaning of the rooms is good. There is every day fresh towels.

After our beach vacation there 4 days in Istanbul spend. Everything was great! The food in buffet form on the roof terrace has left nothing to the imagination. It was sweet, as well as hearty therewithin, the view during the meals was as well wonderful! From the hotel we could perfect on foot or with the tram the most interesting sights get, for example: blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, cistern, big bazaar Istanbul (kapali sarse ), bosphorus tour... And much more. If we go back to Istanbul travel, is the armada our 1. address! Bewertung lesen

Nice place with wonderful roof terrace, with beautiful view of the Blue Mosque. Dining is possible on the roof terrace, can be closed/covered if weather is not that good. Large breakfast buffet, also on roof top. Nice view of the Bosporus. Great place for a holiday and/or business. Bewertung lesen

The armada hotel is the Atatürk airport very easily accessible by public transport and a short walk to reach. But you are in about 20 minutes by cab there. The staff at the check-in was very courteous. We had a room with a view on the bosphorus booked, which was very clean. The beds were very good. The breakfast was very large, this can be enjoyed in the restaurant or on the roof terrace, with the latter, you had a great view of Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia had. The city, from the hotel very well to foot. Restaurants and ... small shopping possibilities you will find just round the corner. Highly recommended is the on-site restaurant for a nice evening.
