Friendliness is important here. As already mentioned above, was the room very clean and neat. About the handling of complaints we can't say anything, because we didn't to criticize had.Very comfortable small hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel is very well maintained and designed with much attention to detail. We had a large room with bay window in the seating area was integrated. Very friendly and pleasant staff. We were very much at ease.We had the hotel booked, because it just a few meters from the bigbox away. Wi-fi was free. The breakfast - especially the coffee - was delicious and sufficient. You could the orange juice out of fresh oranges even press.It is only b&b is offered. The breakfast room is very appealingly designed, bright and friendly. Everything very clean.The room was big enough, the bathroom rather small and without heating. Value for money is reasonable here in any case. The room and especially the bath were small, but it is everywhere very clean and it is, except for one safe, everything available, that you need. At short notice reservation with announcement late arrivals which then but at 21.45 took place. The key locations in the arrangement according to in the ' milord - restaurant' ready for collection. Great Italian with good food and class staff. Here sings the cheffe itself. Simply reinhören. To the hotel. No frills-no frills - the people are nice and helpful.
