On arrival in the Riu hotel we were first thrilled by the optics of the hotel and the decor of the rooms. Unfortunately, soon disillusionment a, as we did the first cocktails tried. No matter which bar of the hotel, even in the lobby bar we had to us with bad cocktails content, not times freshly prepared were. The complex makes a quite good impression, so you on arrival says, everything to have made correct. The rooms were okay. , unfortunately not in complete condition (lamps broken or missing). The cleaning ladies were hard, with its available means tidy room to create. The staff was mostly very friendly and 'as a part of its möglichkeiten' tried hard, but often unprofessional and helpless. Tips are gladly taken, the performance by however not necessarily better. English language one should bring along, if the appointment of daiquiris beyond. Complaints for example because of lack of change hand towels will be friendly manner, but definitely not edit. It is the mentality, that every employee only for a tiny area feel responsible. The management in my eyes were changed.Who for monotonous, luke warm and tasteless meal gladly queue, the will love it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They never a lack of towels in the room. The mini bar is refilled. The rooms were daily and thoroughly cleaned. In the restaurant you always got a nice place, the table, cleared and constantly is your drinks' refilled '. The front desk is also tried as the waiters at the bar. The staff speaks mostly at least english. There is a spa area, a laundry and a good doctor on the complex.

The staff and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The rooms are every day cleaned and were also clean. Unfortunately was the bed linen in 14 days not at all changed and towels only every 2a 3 days or not at all. As well as the beach towels if one luck had were at the start which in the room,- if not you had bad luck! This was not on staff 'there were simply no towels there'!
