Serious lapse in standards, a flop

Because of the many positive Learned and personal recommendation we had booked this hotel. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The hotel chain opened in the immediate area two more houses, obviously, the Royal Dragon for Eastern European guests be used. Friendliness? We have no experience, the was unfriendly. The front desk seemed a bit reserved, but with which you do nothing. German without any problems understood. Our room was also without tons of tips every day lightning clean and the mini bar was always full.Bars and restaurants there are without limits... So you can definitely not starve or die of thirst. Except the front desk ( no adoption, nothing! ) Very friendly and dedicated and discreet staff. Almost all speak good german and english, there were no communication difficulties. The cleaning of the rooms was very good, as well as the all-day cleaning of the whole place including pool and beach.
