Wonderful welcome on arrival ,although only been here once before .Nice room with good view of pool.Changed quickly & exchanged leisurely atmosphere & had a good afternoon with poolside drinks and grill.Good variety of Thai and international food . Shopping is so easy ,just take the lift and you are in the mall with child attractions on the top. Close to the beach & wildness of the Pattaya streetlife. In fact enjoyed the quiet and relaxation of just being able to escape from the beach-life back intopoolside gardens read hotel review

After i indicated a simple deluxe rooms in the last year was not happy, i booked a premium deluxe this year over meiers - weltreisen. Positive i noticed the same time at the beginning of, the all of the staff is much forestalling, friendly it does not go any longer. Of al first i got room 403 in the auxiliary building and thought initially' great everything right. ' The room had a very large terrace with sea view, around the corner. Was not to 100% clean (there were a few hairs in the bathroom and bed) but otherwise perfect. ... You could unfortunately not sleep, from about 20 hours until early at 5 o'clock was to be heard in the hourly change a piano or a gitarrenbass. And then again and again the same songs. After a complaint on the no i could. Day change rooms. I got room 236 in the main building. The room was a bit small, but super clean. Unfortunately we could not sleep well in the room. Initially was just always a light vibrant buzz to hear, which was noisy but from day to day. After a few days it was so loud, that i left the house technician the evening, the cause of the aircon of the neighboring room didn't mind. We then had another sleepless night and i was allowed to then move to 14 hours on the next day again, the day was so lost. The room in the main building but the thing i got then 548, again larger. The rooms are all quite noisy and the neighbor every evening with thai prostitutes had so its problems, but the hotel cannot do anything. The complaints were taken note of, it was also apologized, but compensation (for example in the form of a voucher for a free drink as small guests) was not. Also, i have the impression, this not the best room available meiers weltreisen. The higher you get, the better are the rooms. The best thing about this hotel is the pool, the only thing that disturbed me the presence of some older gentlemen with its thai boys. For children the hotel is not recommended or how do you explain, the louder the pool lie and 70 - year-old men with their daughters in their thai have proceed. The building is about 30 years old and has about 12 years 'Royal Garden Hotel' from Marriott and then umgenannt. With direct access to the shopping mall, the largest in central Pattaya is. Location is very good, the beautiful tropical garden is only by the beach route from the beach. Very nice swimming pool in the middle of this beautiful garden. The ground floor with a reception and bar etc. Is built in the traditional style quite openly laid out. From there one arrives at the rooms. There are rooms in the zentralbau, where we a room with a view ... of the sea. The two wings have direct access to the garden, but no sea view. The rooms are certainly now and then reconditioned, but the old structure is still present. An absolute disaster the beds, a comfortable mattress, but on a wooden is. No sattled frame or box-spring divan. For a supposedly 5 star hotel an intolerable situation. On my entire southeast asia trip i had no hotel, where i so bad nights sleep and in the morning had back pain. Something i in a Marriott yet did not experience. The breakfast buffet is 4-5 stars standard and we all extremely good although the service was not always smoothly. Coffee was always a bit of a problem. Negative was also, that in the tropical garden in the evening hundreds of mosquitoes on the guests fall, the open bar or in the suites there. Horrible, a mitreisender had to because of the numerous bites and a consequent inflammation in medical treatment. Unfortunately, wlan/wi-fi only available in the lobby free of charge, but in the evening from the reasons verleidet. It is a joke, that some hotels for wireless internet in the rooms still a zubrot want to earn. So all in all very mixed feelings, very positive but also very negative. The bettenfaktor is for me to decide, in future me to find another hotel. No way is this a 5 star hotel, 4 would be completely ok. read hotel review

An oasis in the middle in the happening. Top rating are: breakfast buffet, kindness and attention of all staff in dining, room service and reception, spacious and well-kept park and pool area of the hotel, large sized rooms. Important: the 'ordinary' rooms have bathroom from the 80. years, but immaculate well maintained. In the deluxe rooms there is a glass separate bathroom. Weekend rates are many thais with family/children guests, this shows the family friendliness of the hotel. Recommended is the rich and good quality evening buffet in the garden cafe. For 850 Baht plus the usual charges there was ... next to the standards rocklobster and tenderloine'all-you-can-eat' freshly for you. Also recommended is the japanese restaurant benihana. Pattaya like now better than patong in phuket; those responsible in Pattaya have done their homework. No comparison to the rip-off and 'tuk-tuk mafia' on phuket, no pushy touts and so on. To be recommended was also a trip to Koh Samet with night-a dream. Again next year Pattaya and again to Marriott. read hotel review

On arrival in the hotel i was and meiers-worldtravellers staff, the transfer accompanied, a welcome drink was offered. At the check-in (travel agency employee was therefore beside it, helped but not), i was asked for the deposit a booking of the credit on 20000 Bath carried out. Unfortunately was only 12:15 a. m. and i got friendly explained, that my room only starting from 2:00 p. m. is available. I can i meanwhile by the pool comfortable make. My suit-case had i not more and thus also no sledding. With long pants and shirt i decided myself then overtired and unshaven in the hotel bar to wait (small beer cost about 5 €) At 13:30 o'clock i could finally to the room, since the housekeeping apparently that was ready. After showering i was now finally be a little sleep, unfortunately was every minute a beeped to hear, which after a long debug than broken smoke detectors turned out. In trying all the lights off, i also note, that a bedside lamp was broken. It began after the turn off to flash similarly a stroboskobes. After the call at the front desk was in 10 minutes a technician and exchanged the smoke detectors and the lamp from. However much a lot of dust from the smoke detectors to the bed, but he didn't bother us. A change of the bedlinen, i was not offered and i did not asked, Since i just wanted to go to sleep. The predecessor in the room must be blind and deaf defendendo or it was already longer not occupied. Now finally sleep, unfortunately turned off the cooling of the minibar a, the cruel dripping noises. The refrigerator switched i then only times and reported it in the evening the front desk. The pool area is the highlight of the hotel, but the most beautiful are from the staff already at 7 o'clock for selected guests reserved, which, coincidentally, i could watch. The staff is very friendly and the service offered corresponded to a 5 star hotel. My room and the rooms next door were all the same, but had the best times already behind itself. The furnishing can one already from antiques speak and the bathroom widespread the flair of a barracks. The bathtub for showering used, had in the middle a dent in the slop stopped and the shower curtain was disgusting. The rooms are poorly soundproofed. But this was after a few days better. The exhausts of the air conditioning were for 5 stars too loud, was probably before 10-20 years the then state of the art. Another bauliches problem was, that the humidity in the room very high. To 16 days smelled the unused clothes easy access at commode. The breakfast buffet corresponded of the hotel classification. The restaurant i used from trouble on the room not. I booked over meiers-worldtravellers a deluxe room. In the main building there are, however, a higher category, rooms allegedly already been renovated. It were especially russian guests present, although the behavior of some extremely rübelhaft was. There was already times its occupied liege, while in the water was, from the shade in the sun moved, themselves in the shade to lie to be able. The pool staff smiled the complaint then away and i was looking for i just another shady spot. Each of the a room, at least the german landgasthof-standard (0 stars) expected, should a category higher (premier ) in the main building try one's luck. We were three times now in this hotel and are again and again satisfied. We would not book for a longer holiday, since we rather at the beach beach chairs, but it is for a trip to Pattaya always recommended this house has a very nice pool area. You get from the hustle and bustle outside nothing, is however if you like in a few steps in the center. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is very clean and you really makes an effort the guests to make everything right. read hotel review

The hotel itself is already a bit dated, the rooms are small and in the bathroom there was unfortunately only one bath tub with integrated shower. But you can still good a couple of days bearable. The service in the hotel is perfect, the staff very friendly and very attentive. As a platinum member we had access to the executive lounge with quite reasonable food and drinks, which meant we could the dinner saving-the food was adequate. The pool is large enough for the many people and always were enough pool chairs available. Despite the central location there was no ... noise. read hotel review
