The hotel is in a very good location, you must also definitely to use the shared rooftop terrace, the on the 5. floor is. Unfortunately works the lift not. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is okay for one night. The highlight was the roof terrace nice drinks and a beautiful sunset with ocean view. The bar downstairs in the hotel was very nice but you could not have the parapet wall look there were just beggars. Perhaps it was also with the hurricane together, on the eve of our stay also santiago de Cuba a few got? It was annoying that one everywhere chlorine on the hands raised got. The breakfast there were in buffet form, not overly large selection, but for Cuban standards okay, with sausage, cheese, eggs, pancakes, fruit, cakes, good tasting coffee and so on The staff were friendly and attentive. The only elevator was broken and we got a room in the 3. top help for the luggage was not offered. The room was dated, it smelled of drain and the cleanliness also left to be desired. Our room was also from the front, so that in the morning we at sunrise because of the noise woken up. Rude I thought it was also, that we than living there guests for the terrace on the top floor entry should pay! The staff are very unfriendly! We arrived evenings home and the cleaning maid to us, it was full, we cannot ... purely. Should be fun are. This hotel never again! Bewertung lesen
