Friendly waiter in the restaurant, unashamed porter, the loudly tip demands.For cuban standards quite extensive breakfast buffet. The only elevator was broken and we got a room in the 3. top help for the luggage was not offered. The room was dated, it smelled of drain and the cleanliness also left to be desired. Our room was also from the front, so that in the morning we at sunrise because of the noise woken up.
Rude I thought it was also, that we than living there guests for the terrace on the top floor entry should pay!

We were very disappointed with the Casa granda. We were offered a suite, smelled strongly after ungewarteter air conditioning. The smell could beat then only the elevator, with which one because of the klemmenden door had always fear, not escape. The curtains in the room were sticky, only poorly cleaned it. The decor was just a show. Almost none of the lamps on the tables was used, there were no electrical outlets. On the ground floor there is a cafe, in the very busy.
