Friendliness seems a foreign word for the complete staff to be.
Also after 5 days was neither in the restaurant yet at the front desk welcomes. The service speaks English, the cleaning staff only lithuanianThe hotel makes a good impression. The guests come mainly from Lithuania, Russia. Next to some German tourists were groups from Germany and the Switzerland in the hotel.
